UP transfers six IAS officers

Lucknow, Dec 25 (PTI) The Uttar Pradesh government today transferred six senior IAS officers, including the Additional Cabinet Secretary.

An official release here said Principal secretary PWD, Housing and Urban Planning Ravindra Singh has been given additional charge of Additional Cabinet Secretary and Principal Secretary to the chief minister in place of Netram, who will continue as Principal Secretary to the chief minister.

Netram has been also given additional charge of stamp and registration department in place of Principal secretary Kapil Dev.

Principal Secretary Agriculture Sanjay Agarwal has been given additional charge of Sugar Industry and Cane Development Department which was earlier held by Netram, the release said.

Principal Secretary Irrigation K S Atoria has been given additional charge of excise department, whereas Secretary Panchayati Raj Alok Kumar has been given additional charge of Housing and Urban Planning Department, the release added.
