In partial modification of this Department’s earlier Notification dated 5/10/2010, the Lt.Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to declare Restricted Holiday on the birthday of Shri Guru Gobind Singh on 31st December, 2011(10 Pausha 1933 SE Saturday).
